Cancellation Policy

Whitening Bar Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Policy - **Deposit Requirement**: To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the teeth whitening session. - **Confirmation**: Clients will receive a confirmation via email. 2. Rescheduling Policy - **24-Hour Notice**: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. - **How to Reschedule**. Rescheduling requests can be made via phone, email, or text. 3. No-Show Policy - **Forfeiture of Deposit**: If a client does not show up for their appointment and fails to provide 24-hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps cover the cost of the resources. 4. Refund Policy All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Any rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 5.
